Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We work hard for Your Satisfaction at paintball-gear-supplies.com including having a well-defined Return Policy with Simple Rules. For your convenience, our return policy is organized by the following topics:
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Overview
www.paintball-gear-supplies.com carries quality products from various reliable manufacturers, including Browning, Crimson Trace, Remington, Spyderco, Valor, Glock, BSA, Igloo, Eureka, Big Agnes, and more. We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to work with you to help resolve identified problems to your satisfaction. If you need an exchange or return we will be glad to help process it. Please do not initiate a return or exchange without requesting for and getting a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) code from www.paintball-gear-supplies.com. No return or exchange will be processed for any item without the proper RMA code.  An exchange or a return should not be a hassle; nor should the governing policy be complicated. The text herein defines & sets forth our policy regarding exchanges, returns, cancellations or refunds as applicable. The essence of this policy can be summarized for returnable products as:

No restocking fees if a) return item or package is sent to us with an approved RMA code affixed to shipping package as instructed, and b) return is initiated within 30 days of delivery date of item, and c) item is untested, unopened and unused, and d) item is sent back to us executing the instructions that we attached to the approved RMA code.

Return or Exchange?
Requests for exchanges are processed as returns as we are unable to process a direct exchange at this time. Whether the original item and the proposed exchange-to item have the same price or not, any exchange request, if approved, is treated and processed as a return for refund subject to our return policy described herein. For example, if you wish to exchange Crimson Trace LG411 for Crimson Trace Laserguard LG436 you must first request for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) code to return the LG-411. (Note that the LG-411 & LG-436, both from the Crimson Trace Grip product group, have unequal ticket price values at the time of this policy revision, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.) If the RMA request is approved, subject to our return criteria described in this document, you may then either a) visit www.paintball-gear-supplies.com to order & pay for the Laserguard LG-436 during the processing of the LG-411 return; or b) you may wait until the LG-411 return has been completed & applicable refund credited to your card/account before you visit www.paintball-gear-supplies.com to purchase & pay for the LG-436; or, c) since there is no obligation to reciprocate a return with an order (though we hope you will take advatage of our everyday Great $Price savings), you may delay or suspend the LG-436 purchase and just be satisfied with the LG-411 return and applicable refund processing.

As another example, take the Browning 3047704600 Women's 650 Down Jacket & the Browning 3047704400 Women's 650 Down Jacket which are both found within the Down Jacket catalog on sale with same Great $Price ticket value as at the time of this Policy revision. (Prices are subject to change without notice.) Although both are same size xSmall and of equal value, if you got the purple color but would like to exchange it for the pink color then you must first apply for a return merchandize authorization (RMA) to return the purple color. When the RMA is issued (subject to our return criteria described herein), you may either a) visit www.paintball-gear-supplies.com to purchase & pay for the pink color jacket while we are processing the purple-color jacket return; or b) wait until we have finished processing the Browning 3047704600 Women's 650 Down Jacket (purple) return and applied any applicable refund to your account before you order the new replacement Browning 3047704400 Women's 650 Down Jacket (pink); or c) since there is no obligation to purchase, you may suspend or delay ordering the pink color jacket and just be satisfied with the purple jacket successful return processing.

Note, all returns must meet our return condition and return period requirement as described herein.

Delivery Date
Because we use shipping services with tracking, by "delivery date" we mean the date the shipping service provider (UPS, FedEx, USPS) recorded as the package delivery date. This date info can usually be found on the shipper's web site by using the tracking id sent to you as order shipment notification.


Return Period
The return period has begun when the shipping service provider (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) updates its tracking record showing the delivery date of your order. You can initiate return of an item purchased from this web shop (www.paintball-gear-supplies.com) for return/refund by requesting for RMA code within 30 days of this delivery date of the item. Request for RMA code beyond this return period will be denied. Note, RMA request must be within 30 days of the delivery date; however, the return package may be sent to us as long as the return is postmarked within the RMA validity period of 10 days. Defects and warranty claims should be communicated directly with the manufacturer after this 30 day return period.
If your situation fits this return period, you may qualify for RMA issuance provided your situation also satisfies the next three (3) conditions below.


Return Item Condition
The return must be undamaged, unused, unopened, untested, in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUDE ALL Manuals, etc., AND MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION AS NEW. (We recommend to carefully inspect the package on receipt and if it appears damaged to immediately give it back to the shipper or contact the shipper or call us for assistance.)

If the box does not appear damaged and you take possession, we recommend you open and unpack the order with utmost care—don't rip the packaging, don't remove factory tags, don't fillout the warranty card, etc.—with the assumption that you may still return it because you don't like it or because the product is defective. (Note: some manufacturers may not honor the product's warranty if the warranty card is not filled out and sent postmarked within certain period of purchase receipt; so register the product as per manufacturer's instructions as soon as possible if you like the product and you're not going return it.)

If your situation meets the foregoing item condition and the return period condition and does not match any of the return policy exceptions then you may submit a request for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) code.


RMA Instructions Must Be Followed
When we issue a RMA code we will attach to it return instructions. Please follow the instruction to enable proper processing and to avoid the return being denied. For example, no return will be processed for any item returned without a prior RMA code marked on the outside of the return shipping box; please do not mark or write the RMA on the manufacturer's original item box, rather, the RMA code should be marked on the outside box on the shipping label. If the original manufacturer's packaging is marked or defaced in any form we will not process the return and the package will be returned back to you at your own cost. Please do not mark or damage the original manufacturer's item box.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to return items en-route to us; we recommend to adequately insure the return package and use a service that has a tracking id.

Also once issued and emailed to you, the RMA is valid for 10 days during which the shipping service provider's tracking record must indicate it has the shipment in its system for mailing to us. A new request for a new RMA code may be submitted if the original one expires.


No Restocking Fee
We DO NOT charge any restocking fee for all returnable items that meet the return condition and return period and returned with approved and valid RMA codes following the instructions attached to the RMA. So buy with confidence.


Full Refund for Cancelations before Shipping
Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order soon after you placed it. Although we have Quick Shipping, we may still be able to intercept the order before it leaves our fulfillment warehouse and cancel it for full refund including refund of shipping (if you paid for shipping).


Exceptions
The following are exceptions that either a) do not qualify for return at all, or b) returned item is processed with a 15% restocking fee deducted from refund credit. Note, unless as specified below (in Refund & Refund Schedule and here, shipping charges are not returnable, not refundable, once the package has left our warehouse and we have contracted with the shipping service provider (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to deliver your order.


Cancelation after Shipping
If wish to cancel after shipping, when the package has left our warehouse but before the shipping service provider has registered it as delivered, there are two options to choose from, provided the package is not ammunition (ammo) and is not designated as hazardous item material:

Option 1: If the shipper offers it, the shipment can be intercepted and re-routed to our warehouse. This will not be done until you have authorized it by email and agreed to pay the re-routing charges that the shipping service provider may charge for this kind of re-routing.

Option 2: Wait until the package has been delivered. Please do not refuse delivery as we are not responsible for "refused-delivery and return-to-sender" charges that may be levied by the shipping service provider; on the other hand, as all our shipments are insured, if the package appears to be damaged by the shipper we recommend to immediately give it back to the shipper or contact the shipper or call us for assistance. If the package is not damaged, and you still wish to cancel then follow our normal procedure to return a package such as requesting for RMA and following the RMA-attached-instructions to return the package.


Software, Books & Media
Software cannot be returned once opened. Software cannot be returned if it was downloaded and you already retrieved the file encryption access key. Books, DVDs, CDs, and electronic media cannot be returned once opened or removed from the shrinkwrap.


Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not returnable. However, an item purchased with gift certificates is returnable provided the item is not ammunition (ammo) and is not designated as hazardous item material and the return meets the return period and return item condition criteria. If approved, any applicable refund will be issued in the form of a gift certifcate. Note, by gift certificate we mean, at the time of purchase, a valid unexpired gift certificate issued by this shop (www.paintball-gear-supplies.com).


Ammunition & Harzardous Materials
Due to regulations, security and safety, ammunition (ammo) and hazardous items cannot be returned once it has been shipped and left our warehouse; no exceptions.


Refund & Refund Schedule
When the returned item you shipped to the location we will specify in the RMA-attached-instructions have been received by us it will be inspected and verified that the item meets our return criteria—the same conditions that qualified for the issuance of the RMA for the return. We will only process the return if the return package inspection passes. The return will be processed within 3-5business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-5business days for us to process the return after your shipment tracking has updated status to delivery. Refund will be issued in the same payment option used to make the orginal purchase—Google checkout to Google checkout, Paypal to Paypal, Gift certificate to Gift certificate, Credit/Debit card to Credit/Debit card. Because your financial institution may take up to 3business days to post refunds to your account, please allow additional 3business days after we notify you of the refund for it to post.

Note, refund does not include shipping charges with the following exceptions:

a) If you're returning a product because we mistakenly sent you the wrong order we will refund the original shipping charges if you paid for shipping when the order was placed, and we will also refund the shipping charges you paid to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to return the RMA-approved package to us as long as the shipping service is ground service or the one we specified in the instructions we attached/included when we issued the return RMA.

b) If you're returning a product because it is defective (and we have verified and determined it is in fact defective) we will refund the original shipping charges if you paid for shipping when the order was placed, and we will also refund the shipping charges you paid to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to return the RMA-approved package to us as long as the shipping service is ground service or the one we specified in the instructions we attached/included when we issued the RMA.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If after reviewing this document you would like to return an item then use the form method on the contact page to send us your request. Please be thorough in the details (and include your invoice number) to help us process the RMA request quickly. If you need to attach pictures or diagrams then you may want to just email us all the RMA request information (including the attachements) directly to support@paintball-gear-supplies.com for processing.


Policy Revision Schedule & Effectiveness
To reflect market conditions and to offer more value to customers we reserve the right to revise & update this policy at any time without prior notice. The revision we may implement from time to time shall become applicable and effective immediately we publish it here The applicable policy version for your return is the available version at the time of your purchase. Note, there is no problem of matching policy versions to purchase dates since we have daily backups and we utilize version control software.
