Shipment Schedule
We strive to get your order from us to your hands as quickly as possible.

In general, any item purchased with express delivery before 10am EST on a business day is shipped out same business day after your payment clears. By express we mean any of the 1-2day or next day shipping service which you would normally select for time critical purchases. By payment clears we mean there is no problem with your billing and/or shipping address. Note, for your safety and security, an order can be selected for further verification as part of our continuing effort to combat internet shopping fraud and identity theft; this may delay shipping (and we may cancel the order altogether) if we do not get quick or verifiable responses from card/account holder.

In general, unless it is indicated otherwise on the product description page, any item purchased from www.paintball-gear-supplies.com online store usually ships out 1 to 3 business days after your payment clears. This schedule may be delayed if the order is selected for further security/fraud verification.

Please note, if your shipping selection is a ground service then we have the sole discretion to choose the carrier/shipper and delivery method, including, if applicable, applying automatic upgrade promotion discussed below, to deliver your item.

Shipping Charges
The Price of an item does not include Shipping & Handling (S&H).  S&H, if applicable, will be calculated on the checkout page based on the weight and the ship-to address. This online store employs real time shipping calculator interface to get you great shipping rates.

Shipping Calculator
Responding to feedback from loyal customers like you, we have deployed shipping calculator that you can use to estimate shipping rates, to get your overall best-value total cost before checkout. Try it out, it is a great tool: after you add your item to your cart, click on a shipping (calculator) link. Then input your zip code—the shipTo zip code and the correct State, and Click Calculate Shipping. The system will return the shipping rates and methods applicable to your locale. Please note, due to regulations, safety and security, some items cannot ship to certain locations as marked on the product's page; some items must also ship Ground Service only due to material composition and hazmat designation; still others must ship by Freight/Ground Service due to their "over weight" attribute.

Overweight and Oversized Items
For all orders, regardless of weight and size, Shipping and Handling value will be computed for the purpose of checkout processing. Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.

Mailing Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship products ordered from this shop to locations outside of U.S.A. By purchasing from this shop, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you WILL not export purchased items outside of the U.S.A. As well, note that, due to safety and security regulations, some items we carry cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, AFOs, APOs, and some States and Regions of the U.S.A. due to either air shipment restrictions and/or Federal, State, County, regulations. For example, State statutes and/or local ordinances prohibit the sale and possession of air guns, CO2 guns and slingshots in some areas in the U.S. As a result, we may not ship airguns to PA, Bronx NY, Brooklyn NY, San Francisco CA, Morton Grove IL, Chicago IL, Buffalo NY, Philadelphia Long Island City NY, Staten Island NY, Manhattan NY, Queens NY, and New York City NY. New Jersey requires you to have a permit for any air gun. Michigan also needs residents to have a permit for any pellet air gun. These laws and regulations may be updated by the authorities from time to time. As a result, it is your responsibility to check Federal, State, County, and City laws and ordinances that are current and applicable in your locality before you place your order; we reserve the right to cancel the order if the ship-to address is in a locality where such item is prohibited. In the event we cancel your order, you will not receive the item(s) ordered, your account will not be charged, and if we already processed the payment your account will be fully refunded for the total amount charged.

Free Shipping
You get good savings from our reasonably priced items everyday. To give you even more value for your money we may have ongoing promotions, including Free Shipping or automatic shipping upgrade to a delivery service that is faster than the one you selected. This is done at our discretion on selected items. For applicable and qualifying items, free shipping will use either regular USPS first class, priority post, or UPS Ground depending on weight and location for delivery regardless of the shipping service selected at the time of your order.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You need to create a secure Login account to be able to track the status of your order within our system. Once you have an account, you can login securely to follow the progress of your order. And yes, you can even use the login to cancel or modify your account information.
